The program is designed for corporate teams in need to innovate instantly. Even though, big ideas seem to come accidentally and through lots of experimentation, when understanding how our brain creates and processes ideas, we have an opportunity to use that knowledge and create even ground breaking innovation on demand, within reasons.

Program Logistics

It’s completely online

PROGRAM DETAILS
The program is completely online with instructor led live sessions.
Within the six months program you will have a total of 24 online sessions.
Between sessions you will be actively innovating.
After each session you will complete new tasks – almost all of them in team work.
At the end of the program you will have developed a truly innovative solution for your market or internal, a management presentation with all necessary details including budget plan, recourse requirements and timeline for the executives to decide to go forward. You take an exam and receive a certificate.

REQUIREMENTS
1) TECHNOLOGY
You always have access to high speed Internet, a webcam and microphone. You have a large screen or a high resolution laptop. You can make PPT presentations. Due to the nature of the tools, you cannot participate by using your smartphone or tablet.

2) MARKET ACCESS
In order to gather customer insights and perform a market validation, you will need to have permission to access some of your top customers. You will need to get in touch with users at your customer by email or phone, yet never do any survey.

3) PERSONALITY
You are either a generalist or a specialist and you know the difference. You are used to make decisions on your own.  You can solve problems on your own and you have an entrepreneurial mindset. You take responsibility even if it is not your job. You enjoy working in teams and are highly communicative. Your English is absolutely fluent.

4) TIME
This is a full time program with nearly no time for “other work”. Between sessions you will want to complete tasks that are not “home work” but leading to real world results.

5) CORPORATE REQUIREMENTS
The company needs to conduct an open and transparent company culture and has an equally open and transparent relationship with its customers, partners and market player. Innovation “in the dark” meaning isolated in labs will not work in this program. The Innovation team will need to have permission to speak freely with customers and involve selected customers in the project. Public companies need to provide the innovation team with non disclosure agreements to be signed by anybody that is involved in the process to comply with investor protection regulations.
